Certification: Pinhole® Certification is earned by passing the final exam—or by attending the in-person training. Attending an in-person day before finishing the online modules still certifies you; you earn 7 CE for each in-person day, and the online course’s 7 CE once you complete the modules and pass the exam. Payment options are available—just ask.
What the live days add

Check-in and continental breakfast begin at 7:00 AM; each day runs 8:00 AM–5:00 PM and carries 7 CE.
Day 1 · Foundational Friday
Lecture: fundamentals, case selection, and treatment planning
Hands-on typodont training with the patented instruments
Live surgery observation—watch Dr. Chao treat a real patient start to finish
Open practice and one-on-one coaching
Day 2 · Advanced Saturday
Post-op review: see real healing at 24 hours
Advanced lecture: research, complications management, and surgical presentations
Full-arch typodont training and two full-arch live surgeries
Implants with PST®, targeted drug delivery, brushing stent, and DNA testing
Venue: Alhambra Chamber of Commerce, 104 S. First Street, Alhambra, CA—please arrive by 7:30 AM. Breakfast, lunch, refreshments, and all instruments are included; bring your own surgical loupes. Burbank (BUR) is the closest airport at roughly 25–35 minutes; LAX and Ontario run about 45–60. Hotels in Alhambra or Pasadena are 10–20 minutes from the venue.
